The third episode of Africa Oyé’s new digital offering, Nyumbani – the Swahili for ‘at home’ – aired last week with wonderful feedback coming from viewers on Youtube and Facebook.
Those tuned in were treated to not only music from the likes of Haiti’s Moonlight Benjamin and Zanzibar’s Mim Suleiman, but also to a cook-a-long interview with the latter, as well as brand new music from the Wirral’s own Tabitha Jade. The show was closed by a DJ set from one of South Africa’s most celebrated selectors, SNO.
Keep your eyes peeled over on the Africa Oyé socials for details of Episode 4. For now you can watch both previous episodes here.
